Paul Voelker

CEO & Managing Partner

Paul brings to TrenData years of experience as a Software and Services Executive and Management Consultant at firms including Ericsson and Hewlett Packard. His areas of expertise include business strategy and planning, organizational transformation, and global workforce management.

In addition, Paul is a highly accomplished civic and community leader, having served as the Mayor of Richardson, Texas since 2015.

Jeffrey Rothman

Chief Technology Officer

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering fro Cornell, and a PhD. in computer science from UC Berkeley, Jeffrey led development at pioneering email marketing platform Lyris, where he worked for over a decade. Subsequently, he co-founded GoodRevu, an employee performance review solution, and served as CTO at HR tech firm HireMojo.

Jeffrey has been published in scholarly journals, and holds a patent for automated report generation

Lee Delahoussaye

Chief Marketing Officer

Lee is Marketing and CX strategy leader experienced in building and leading strategies and teams across a wide array of channels and disciplines. Prior to joining TrenData, Lee spent over a decade at advertising and marketing agencies working for brands including McDonald’s, PepsiCo and Dell Computer to name a few.

He has received an ADDY for his work with Monster.com, and a HubSpot Impact award for his work with technical services firm Dialexa

Chris Simonds

Director of Technology

Chris is a recognized technical leader with global expertise and a vast and detailed technical understanding of the end-to-end components of mobile telephony and IT systems with over 20 years of engineering experience at companies such as Sprint Nextel, Nortel, and Ericsson.

George Jreig

Director of Product Management

George came to TrenData from The World Bank in Washington, DC where he worked as a technical and operations consultant. Prior to that, he held product management and engineering positions at firms in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the Netherlands. George holds a Bachelor of Engineering from American University of Beirut, and a Master of Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Antwerp Management School.

Jia Situ

Controller

In 2000 she joined HRSmart as one of the first employees, where she remained until it was acquired Deltek in 2015.

At HRSmart she became an expert in GAAP revenue recognition, which has become common practice among SaaS firms, and proved essential in the due diligence phase of the Deltek Acquisition.

Jia holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting from California State University, Northridge.

Advisor

Maan is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a long history of creating, developing, and exiting profitable companies.

Past ventures include HRSmart, which was acquired by Deltek in in 2015, executive recruiting firm CNI, and public career board Careernet. Maan’s most recent ventures include software development firm TechGenies, and HR Tech companies Insala and Talexes.

Hussein Rifai

Advisor

Hussein is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of MDIC, a global telecommunications consultancy.

He has launched several market-leading mobile operators in the Middle East and Africa, invested in several companies in the ICT / telecommunications sector including HR Smart, Mobinets, and CFI, and he always on the lookout for opportunities to invest and add value.

Timothy T. Yates

Advisor

Tim has served as a member of the Board of Directors, CFO, and CEO of Monster.com, member of the Board of Directors and CFO at Symbol Technologies, as well as CFO and CEO of Bankers Trust Company.

Past ventures include OpenLink Financial, JobDirect.com, sixdegrees.com, and Homestead Associates. Tim currently serves on the boards of Commscope, Cyndx, and Engage Talent.
He holds an MBA from Harvard and a BA from Yale University.

Julie Albert

Advisor

Julie currently serves as Vice President of Human Capital at NTT DATA Services.
Before joining NTT Data, she worked s as an HR and Engagement Director at Capgemini and held senior HR and consulting positions at TXU and Accenture.

Julie is an active University of North Texas alumnus where she serves as a mentor to the NT40 organization and an Employer Advisory Board Member.
